Event activities mostly take place in the Luxembourg Gardens (300 metres on foot from the hotel). INCENTIVE events are organised there on a regular basis. The banks of the Seine, a UNESCO World Heritage site, are the ideal place for a stroll or gentle bike ride exploring the bridges and islands. Not to mention our Latin Quarter!

 

CLASSIC STUDY DAY


Meeting in our naturally lit 32 sq.m Cluny room arranged in a U-shape for 15 participants, including an overhead projector, screen and flip chart.
Meeting in our 16 sq.m Sorbonne room arranged in a U-shape, including an overhead projector, screen and flip chart. 


REFRESHMENTS ON ARRIVAL
Hot drinks, fruit juice and pastries to welcome participants on arrival.


LUNCH
Lunch is a three-course meal served in Le Coupe Chou (http://www.lecoupechou.com/), one of our partner restaurants, and includes wine, mineral water and coffee.

Other restaurants such as the Le Bar à Huitres and Le Bouillon Racine are just a five-minute walk from the hotel and offer a warm and friendly atmosphere that's always popular.

BREAK
We offer morning and afternoon breaks with hot drinks and fruit juice.
